I'm doing some research into the current leading search engines (most used) in Germany, France and Italy. Of course I'm interested in peoples own opinions, but also some links to up-to-date stats from a reliable sources would also be good!

Also, for the same countries which SE paid-per-clicks scheme would give the best coverage?

i think the best SE paid-per-clicks scheme is Espotting, right now
but also you won't be wrong investing on AdWords
