I am new to this so please bare with me if my qestions appear elementary to you,but I have searched forums and have not found an answer. Specifically, I am having difficulty diferentiating keywords. I operate a geographic specific site where the local is known by similar names eg. Saratoga and Saratoga Springs coupled with sub geo areas. We do short term vacation rentals. Currently our home page string of keywords is:

"keywords"content="Saratoga,Saratoga Springs vacation rentals,Saratoga Springs,rentals,Saratoga vacation rentals, Saratoga races,Saratoga accomodations,Saratoga villa rentals,Saratoga activities,Saratoga Springs maps,Saratoga lake rentals,Saratoga Springs rental homes,Saratoga Springs hotels, Saratoga owner rentals,Saratoga condo rentals,Saratoga Springs golf courses,Saratoga resorts,Saratoga Springs resorts"

My questions: is this spamming? Is it better to mention the names Saratoga and Saratoga Springs only once. Since we do have internal pages covering the all the subjects, should the home page be focused on the main objective "vacation rentals" and leave the peripherals like golf,maps,activities and races to their own pages?

Thank you for indulging me.
