Hello All,
I don't usually have a problem on advising a specific name to choose but I do this time. I wonder if you have some opinions here (as if sombody here would not have an opinion):)

My client is beginning his own investigative company. He has registered in 6 states and has significant business now and professionalism is important to him.
I will use "Blank" for his primary name.

Opinions on the best choice?
BlankOne.com
BlankInvestigativeServices.com
BlankGroupServices.com
BlankDetectiveAgency.com
BlankConfidential.com

Thanks for your help.

Not knowing the first word kinda makes it hard but I understand your reasoning. ;)

I'd go for either BlankInvestigativeServices.com or BlankOne.com.

The first option is nice and descriptive but very long. The shortness of the second is appealing. What about just the company name?

How are you planning to market the company? Are you envisaging most of your prospects coming through your website, word or mouth, local ads etc? I'd take this into account when making your choice.

Sophie

Just the company name is pretty generic and gone long ago.
Thanks Sophie, short and sweet or descriptive, just my thoughts.

RE marketing, I have had many who just wanted a web site for the email address, then they started getting some business from their site and all of a sudden it is very important to market on the net.
So for email purposes I would think short, but for marketing I strongly felt descriptive, so I guess it's just a call for him to make.
