It seems that the domain "http://www.toolsauctions.com/" has been indexed recently on April 12. However I believe you are asking about the folder "http://toolsauctions.com/auction/" which appears as a separate domain. This page has not been reindexed since March 12.
I am not sure if you intended to not include the "www" on this portion of your web site but because it seems to be a separate web site it only has 1 incoming link from your site "http://www.toolsauctions.com/". If this was your intended behaviour you will need to get some links from other sites pointing at it and then it will be reindexed more often. Another thing that will encourage the Googlebot to send out the Freshbot to your site is if you constantly have new information appearing on the homepage of your web site, and new links pointing to new pages on your web site.

You have a PR of 5 and Google shows that they have 25 pages indexed, including a flash file
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=site%3Atoolsauctions.com+-kjkljlkjlk
I wouldn't be complaining if my site started off with a PR5 as soon as it got indexed!! So you did good!:)

Your menus are in flash. Google does not follow embedded links in flash files very well as yet. Search for flash on these forums and you will find a wealth of information.
What you need to do is:
1. Add a sitemap
2. Either change your flash menus to text menus or clickable images
OR
Add a noscript tag that contains the same links as in your flash menus to help the bot find these pages.
View your site thru a text viewer:
http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.toolsauctions.com%2Fall_the_tools%2Findex.php
You will see that your menus are just not there.

Not sure why your site has not been re-indexed. I do not believe if it was indexed, that it would help much in driving traffic to your site. The site map would work better if the pages were actually optimized. (once they are visited by the bot.)
Let us just take a quick look at a fewl of the links on your site map.
Starting out in the automotive section.
1. the 1st link is Automotive Frontpage... once the bot visits it, it will see a title of "automotive". What are the KW phrases you plan on having searchers find this page through? Why are they not in the title? Are they in the visible text (copy) of the page?
2. The industry news and general news pages have a title of "news" do some optimizing of your titles to target specific KW phrases.
Let's move over to Masonry.
1. In masonry power tools, you did a little better with your title, but it could be much better. Why not try a new title, something like Masonry power tools - band saws, vibrating screed, ride-on trowels and drills . When this page would get indexed, it would give you a few KW phrases for possible search results.
The obvious are: Masonry power tools, masonry drills, masonry band saws, masonry saws, masonry tools, mansonry trowels, vibrating screed, ride-on trowels, and a few other combinations. That is a minimum of 8 KW phrases.
I realize you are anxious to get more of the pages listed, but spend some time optimizing them first, and sooner or later the bot will visit them.
You stated that
Did the bot see the map I am not sure when it was added Well if it was recently, this may explain why those pages are not indexed. As far as being ripped of, I cannot tell you that. What services do you pay for? Search engine optimization? Site design? Search engine submission?
If you payed to have the pages in the site map optimized for search engine placement, you did not get your money's worth.
I would give some serious thought to each of the pages in your site map, and concentrate on KW phrases for each. Write new titles for each, and optimize the copy (visible text) on each page to work with those KW phrases.
Hope this helps a little.
Best wishes with your site.
