backward links on Google

Hi

I thought I would ask this question here, but if it needs moved please do so.

How does the backwards link work in the google toolbar? I have a site www.nortonmarine.com were I have added some text links to the pages that I am trying to focus on. I submitted it about 60 days ago and I can see by looking at the Google cache for this web site that the text links I added have been spidered. But I am not seeing any backwards links showing up.

Generally speaking, consider backwards links to be from external sites, although internal links will eventually appear, once those pages attain a PR4 or better. Work on getting some links from other websites - your parts suppliers, good customers in the marine industry, etc.

The spidering just means G has looked at those pages - you'll have to wait for an update or 2 to see if they appear "permanently".
