What do you guys think of this Site Sell Value Exchange (http://value-exchange.sitesell.com/)?
Good? Bad? A problem with the search engines? Not a problem?

Other than the massive barrage of pop-up windows they throw up at visitors, it's no different than Linkpartners or any of the other sites that help webmasters search through related sites that are interested in swapping links.
So, I don't see it as a problem, because they're still manual link exchanges. Not a link farm, in other words.

Oh...I never see pop-ups, so I didn't notice that. :D

When you're an internet marketing weenie, pop-ups are an occupational hazard. I gotta study 'em. ;)

i've been reading the forums for a little while now, but this is my first post. i work for a web design firm and do seo work for our clients, so i was wondering if there was any further comments about either site sell value exchange or linkpartners? i was thinking of utilizing these tools, but i'm afraid if i sign up, and do so for multiple clients, i'm going to get bombarded by requests which may not be relevant. is there any comment on how effective and/or spam-free these services are?

I don't think you'll be "bombarded" by link requests from either service. You're more likely to find that very little happens unless you make the effort to contact the other sites.

Those same guys sent me an unsolicited email a while ago, and while I did look for more info on their site, something about them gave me an uncertain feeling.
I couldn't get enough information to spark any interest or trust, so I left it at that.
If it were *legit* then it would be very helpful, but I'm just so skeptical about everything these days. Plus, you would think that a link-building company would have a good PR.
I'm thinking/wondering that if maybe they are brand new, I will wait for a few months before looking at the site again.
