msn results question

When I go through my tracking log program and click on a URL someone found me by, I occasionally find something I'm not familiar with. It's a results page from a MSN search that has only titles and no descriptions. This is in contrast to the results you get when searching for something at MSN.com where they provide the description. What is the difference between the two.
