IT'S POSSIBLE! I got listed in Yahoo... for FREE!

You read the subject right, it is still possible to get a free listing in yahoo. I can't believe my eyes, I just checked my e-mail and saw a letter from Yahoo letting me know that my site has been added for FREE and will appear in the index within the next 2-4 days. I first submitted this site at the very beginning of September, and then submitted it for a second time just 1 week ago, and now it has actually gotten added.

I don't know about you, but I'm gonna go play the lottery, it's obviously my lucky day, lol.

I've just done the same thing. Posted my story in the thread "UPDATE: Are free listings fact or fable?"

Was it in a regional directory or the main Yahoo!?

Sose, I just read your post about getting listed, Yahoo must have just hired like one new guy who actually decided to do some work with the free submissions for a change. Oh, and I got into the main Yahoo, not regional.

I just checked the "What's New" section to see if my site is there yet, and it is, with a pretty darn good description too. They hardly changed it. Yaaaahooooo! lol
