New Admission Figures

Anybody have, or know where I can find, or can take a damned good guess at how many new websites get added to the search engine indexes each day/week or month?

I just need a ball-park figure for one of my new pages.

NetFactual (netfactual.com) says that currently 385,000 new domains are being added each week, and their check of active domains indicates that 46% are active.

Using these figures you get about 175,000 new active sites each week!!!

Now the question is how many of those get added to the SEs???

Beats me also, Maz. AV used to spout some numbers awhile back on how many subsissions they got a day. I remember they said that something like 95% of them were spam. Not sure if they ever said how many in total there were.

Notice Jill they all added up as well. :)

Wow. That is a lot of domains! I would imagine that a good many of them would get indexed. Remember that I do not believe in submitting as url's are found anyway.
