Ok, this is crazy.
I helped one of my clients www.klutemiller.com with setting up his Yahoo Business Express for $299.

A week later it was great.
If you did a search for "Michigan Lawyers" they were number 4 out of 22.

Anything to do with Michigan Lawyers they showed up.

Now I submitted my web site www.fenclwebdesign.com a couple days later also for $299.

My site as never showed up, and his has dropped of the list completely. The only way you can find them on Yahoo now is typing in there name.

Do they not like my web site, and could they hold it against them also? I can't afford to lose $299 dollars.

Is this just a coincidence?

I don't know what I did wrong.
I mean no harm, and come in peace.

Thanks,
Lead :hi:

Lead, did you get an acceptance email from Yahoo? Or a rejection email? If you pay their $299 part of the deal is they let you know whether your in or out. If you're out, they tell you why and give you a chance to fix what is wrong and/or appeal the decision. If you haven't heard from them after 7 - 10 business days, then email them back and find out what the story is.

Don't know what to tell you about your other site. They've recently changed their ranking algorithm, so that may have something to do with it.

Hello and thanks for your help.

In reply to : They've recently changed their ranking algorithm, so that may have something to do with it.

Why don't they show up in any catagories other than there name? I can even find them under St Joseph Michigan Law Firms on a search, but they still show up under that catagory?

Thanks,
Lead :hi:

Because Yahoo pretty much ranks solely on what the title is and what the Url is. If there are keywords in both of those, you will be ranked high. If no keywords in those, you will be at the bottom somewhere.

Hey Lead,

Can you post the URL to the site in question? I'm curious as to see what's going on.

Thanks!

Jill

It is right back at the spot it was.

What happened to it for two days?

Have you ever had a site fall off Yahoo for a couple days like that, and just pop back?

I was getting nervous about not seeing or hearing about my Yahoo submission after a week, and then his just disappears.

I must be crazy. I should just drink a beer and relax.

Thanks,

For any situations like this in Yahoo...keeping your will acceptance emails will allow for easier communication when things like this happen...They can easily look up your site submission based on your Order #... Just an FYI...
