Hey, that's good with the print media but what about web media?
Here's an interesting study by Carole Rich, Atwood Professor of Journalism, author of two textbooks: Writing and Reporting News, A Coaching Method, and Creating Online Media, a guide to research, writing and design on the Internet.
Research include studies done by Jakob Nielsen and John Morkes, User Interface Engineering, and The Poynter Institute for Media Studies.
