suggesting a category in regional section

Hello,

I am building a free online directory for sites and people in my city. I noticed that my city does not exist in the JoeAnt directory.

Can I suggest the Category, and possibly become an editor? I could list many sites here. I am currently the editor for Real Estate.

My proposed category:
Home: Regional > North_America > United_States > By_State > Massachusetts > By_City > U-Z
