Another idea about what is going on

Hi all,

I know that major changes are taking place and I am not worried about it or obsessing on it as others are.

I am in the middle of some major work on my Adwords campaign and while speaking to my rep, she mentioned that beginning in June that the limitations for # of campaigns and # of adgroups per campaign will be changing.

This got me thinking about all the speculation about this months "dance". Could it be that a portion of what is going on is connected to the removal of the Premium Ads and reworking the way the current Adwords works.

Just a thought.

Hi John,

I can't imagine how anything to do with Google's ads would have anything to do with their regular search listings or algorithm.

They keep these purposely very separate entities.

But it's interesting that all this happens to be going on at the same time. I know when I do system changes, common sence dictates that two major changes are not to be done at the same time. This prevents the overlapping of bugs/problems and making the diagnosis of said bugs/problems much more managable.

Not that it matters anyway, I just find it interesting.
