What does everyone else feel about this information with Infospider?

https://www.whois.net/search.cgi2?str=infospider.com

I for one, find it kinda concerning especially when you look at who's name servers they are using.

A direct competitor of ALL SEO's.

Go further and look at all the different names.

infospiders.com
infospiders.net
infospiders.org
infospider.net
infospider.org

So, if an SEO submits their clients, this company will know who submitted, who their clients are, and everything else involved with it. HOW the SEO optimizes client's sites.

Just had a nice conversation with Infospider/ProBoost.

I was re-assured about my concerns with all of this. This is a service that we may have to implement. We just have to see how things shake out.

I still think that the price is a little steep though. :)

Why does it seem as if everyone is trying to get into my already empty pockets? :(

Hi all:

IMHO if you do an ROI analysis on the cost of an AV paid submission re likely traffic Verus the same for an Ink paid submission the results will be clearer

Although the Alta referrals have gone up recently, I also believe that for the money, paying for Inktomi is the better deal.

I have to say that the free way is the way for me until you cannot submit for free anymore.

JuniorHarris Why does it seem as if everyone is trying to get into my already empty pockets?

Well you're in trouble if everyone is trying to get into your pockets. If it's just the ladies then you're ok.:D

If it's just the ladies then you're ok. Racest remark! Woman/ladie's remarks are not different than a man's remarks; this was uncalled for....Sorry I just got hostile.

I'm sorry :( I get racist remarks thrown at me everyday. So I just assume everyone has as thick of skin as I. My intent was not to make anyone cry.

You have a pretty website :)

Not to worry, I believe it was a minor fauxpas!~ We all make them from time to time, but for the record, I believe the correct term is sexist not racist...a little bit of difference. ;)

But you know that does generate an interesting question...concerning site design regarding gender. Does anyone have some research numbers or links regarding internet traffic by gender (or race). It would be very interesting to see the usage broken down by gender. I'm sure the majority of sites are gender neutral, but what about those that are not...do they tailor their design specifically for their gender market? Thoughts...

I do know that women make up the Largest growing gender of internet users. Men use to be way out front, but now it seems to be neck and neck.

Why do you suppose my pic is on my home page??

Yes, I know, the pic is not a good one, but many inquiries are now from women. If you think about it, any family with any sense, lets the female make all the major purchasing decisions.

I just feel the pic gives a female more of a sense that she can trust me.

That's exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for...any others?
