Adsense - early results

I have now been running Adsense on my Blogging Headline News (http://blogging-news.info) for the past three days. This seems to be a relatively good service to work with and get going.

I applied and had it running within 24 hours. So far I have been running for three days and have had a 3% click-through rate. Google pays 9.5c per clickthrough on my site at the present time.

It remains to be seen as to how selective Google is going to be in the future and whether they consider these results to be good enough.

Has anyone else had Adsense approved for their site yet?

Sorry, Did not realize Adsense would be under Adwords threads.

Just wondering if you had to adapt your page design to accomodate the ads.
It's just in 800, I now have to scroll sideways.
