Sphera

I just got an email from the company that hosts a couple of my sites, saying that they're going to be switching all their client sites over to a management system called Sphera. (http://www.sphera.com/) I took a look at their online demos, and it definitely looks like an improvement over what my host has been using.

Has anyone had any experience using this system?
