hi all,

I wanna know what is the best strategy if i am having multiple domain names. And moreover the domains contains keywords of my interests. Should i just redirect all the domain names to my main site, but that will not give any advanteges in search engines. What will be best strategy in this scenario?

Thanks in advance! :hi:

Funny you should ask. Jill Whalen, also known as Advisor (a super moderator here) just had an article about that subject in the newsletter she sent out on Wednesday. It will probably be in the newsletter archives (http://www.highrankings.com/archives.htm) section of her web site shortly. Look for Issue 060.

Until you get a chance to look at the article, the basic idea was to permanently redirect your second domain to your first, and to park the rest of your domains at the second one, so that they will also be redirected to your first. What it comes down to is that trying to get multiple domains all listed in the search engines is a bad idea.

Yep, what Bob said! Using multiple domains for your search engine promotion is just not a good idea these days. It's akin to "cheating" and at least one engine (Google) is going after it with a vengeance.
