E-commerce and photo question

Hello all. I post once in a blue moon. When I can't find my answer by searching google, I usually can get a reply here.

I have two questions:

First question. E-commerce processing. I'm not even sure I'm calling it the right name. I use click bank to process credit card purchases when people subscribe to on my site. Is this what it is called? My question is what do you all use? I have used Click Bank for about a year now. It seems to work fine most of the time, but when there is a problem it is hard to get technical support. I'm very unhappy with them right now so I thought I would look around for something else. I saw something called Kagi...any opiniions?

Second question. I run a dating site and have pages of photos on my site from members. I use a static html program to create my web gallery. I was looking for a script where a person could click on a link below the photo and put it in a hold area as a favorite. When the person was done surfing the photos, they could go back and look at their favorite list. Does anyone know where I could find such a script.?
