Optimizing By Content

Hi all. I'm new to this forum and have a question. I know that updated original content on your site is a good way to improve postitioning in SEs, but what kind of content would I use for a site that was not a majority informational site? what if it's a site that is selling something? To me it seems like you could only say so much about the product and your services, so what can you recommend for me to do to improve SE positioning for a site of this nature? Thanks for your help

Welcome!

Most sites are on the internet to sell something. At least the majority of people want to sell something I think. Any type of site can write content. It's not hard to do. Write articles about what you are selling as you have to be an expert on what you are selling, so coming up with good content is not difficult.
