- How many rounds of revision can I have for my selected logo concept?
Once you finalize a logo from the initial design concepts, you can request as many revisions as you want on your selected logo concept. Please note that requesting revision does not mean a completely new design.
- What if I don't like any of initial logo designs? Can I ask for a redraw?
In the event that you do not like any of the initial logo concepts, and want totally new design concepts (redraw), you can 1 more round of redraw options. In case you are still not satisfied, we will refund your money deducting a 15% service fee.
- What is the difference between a 'redraw' and a 'revision'?
Revisions are modifications made to your logo concept (initial draft) with regard to color, size, font, special effects or improving upon the design, you've approved. A redraw on the other hand, means designing a new set of logo concepts based on the feedback you provide us.
- What if I have my own idea for the company logo?
Any idea that will help our designer create a logo to your satisfaction is more than welcome.
- Who keeps rights to the company logo design?
Our clients reserve the rights of their final, approved logo. We however reserve the right to retain these logos as samples.
- What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund at the time when you get the initial design concepts. Once you move ahead from that stage we do not provide a refund.
- What color and file formats do you provide the logos in?
For our customer's convenience we provide logos in multiple file formats. All these files are also available via download and through post. We provide logos in ai (Illustrator), psd (Photoshop), jpg, bmp and tiff file formats. Our default color format is CMYK, on request we also provide the PSM numbers of the colors used in your logo.
- Will my logo be appropriate for printing?
Yes, the PSM color code numbers we provide is a universal standard for color inks and you can specify that while placing an order to your printer. You can also have your printing vendor contact us for more information.
- In what colors do you provide logos?
We provide one-color, two-color logos and multi-color logos. Special effects are also applied according to logo concept and on client requests.
- How do I receive my final logo?
We have a client area reserved for you where you can log into a password protected space and download your completed logo files. Plus, we also send them along on a CD via mail.
